BC Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) - Entrepreneur Immigration Regional Pilot Program

Pilot Application Process
Shuswap Economic Development is currently accepting requests for BC PNP - Entrepreneur Immigration Regional Pilot referrals via our online application process for the following Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) Electoral Areas:
CSRD Area C (South Shuswap)
CSRD Area D (Falkland and Salmon Valley)
CSRD Area E (Malakwa and Eagle Valley)
CSRD Area F (North Shuswap)
*Applicants must base their application on one CSRD Electoral Area.
We have developed a FOUR-STAGE response plan, which includes assessment via:
- an online application
- a video conference call
- a mandatory site visit to our community
- review of a formal request for referral to the PNP program by the applicant
Approval at each step is required in order for the application to proceed.
Applicants must provide a plan to establish a new, eligible business in BC that aligns with one of the following economic development priorities:
Applications with business ideas outside of these three sectors will not be considered for the regional pilot, though they may be eligible under one of the other PNP Programs.

3: Access free business planning tools to strengthen your application
4: Complete the online application
After completing Steps 1-3 noted above, complete the online application form to begin the process to be considered for a BC PNP referral.
Successful applicants will be invited to a STAGE 2: Skype call, which will determine eligibility for STAGE 3: a site visit. If eligibility at all three stages is confirmed, and the applicants proposed business concept aligns with community’s economic priorities, a formal referral will be made by Shuswap Economic Development to the PNP Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot.
