A mecca for tourism, the North Shuswap offers everything from a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and stunning waterfront provincial parks, to live music, craft events and farmers markets. In addition, the North Shuswap continues to see accelerated growth in the backcountry adventure snowmobiling market, light industrial, log home building/construction and agricultural sectors.

Area F saw a positive population increase of 30% between 2016 and 2021 (from 2454-3200), and has a population density of 1.2 per sq. km.
