Welcome to the South Shuswap

Conveniently located off the Trans-Canada Highway, with immediate access to the nearby CP rail line, the South Shuswap is comprised of a number of eclectic and vibrant, waterfront and upland communities, spread out over 506 sq. km. Waterfront communities are primarily situated along the southern and eastern shorelines of Shuswap Lake, complimented by upland communities which feature ranches, pastoral farmland and inspiring vistas.
